On November 13, the Centre for Sensors, Instruments and Systems Development (CD6) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTech (UPC) will host an Open Day at the Terrassa Campus, with the aim of showcasing its technological capabilities in the field of photonics.
The event, part of the “Espacios de Innovación” program of the Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain (APTE), is mainly addressed to companies, technical managers, and innovation agents interested in exploring new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge transfer.
Under the title “Showcasing innovation infrastructures and Living Labs of science and technology parks: developing applications in optical engineering and photonics”, the event will highlight how photonic technologies contribute to the development of efficient solutions in strategic sectors such as mobility, healthcare, precision agriculture, and aeronautics.
The event is organized by APTE and UPC with the collaboration of the Terrassa City Council and the photonics node of DIH4CAT (PhotonCAT).
