CD6 is a Consolidated Research Group in accordance with the regulations of AGAUR (Generalitat de Catalunya), which evaluates the scientific production of the group in 3-year periods. The center holds this accreditation since its creation in back in 1993, when it was called "Quality Research Groups".

Standard granted by ACCIÓ, the Agency for Business Competitiveness of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The TECNIO seal certifies the ability to effectively transfer technological solutions to industry, as well as the quality of the interaction between the center and the industrial environment.

The processes that make up the management system are implemented in a self-developed intranet, which facilitates the execution of most operations, allows collecting and accessing a wide variety of historical data and also provides a wide set of real-time key KPI's tailored to the center's needs. This system has been certified with the ISO9001:2015 standard since 2008.
