QUALITIC: Vision system for quality control and construction execution

Within the INNOTEC program, ACCIÓ has granted the consortium formed by COMSA S.A. and CELSA the QUALITIC project, executed by the TECNIO CD6 center. The project aims to develop ICT solutions to advance the automation of quality control and execution of the construction process in those aspects related to the control of structures under construction, such as the reinforcement of pillars and slabs.

To achieve this general objective, the project will address the research of new technologies for the capture, digitization, analysis and interpretation of the structures, so as to allow greater automation and standardization in the monitoring of the work execution and its correspondence with the original model of the project, using BIM technology as a tool for integrating information relevant to quality control and execution of the work.
