Sara Peña Gutiérrez
She received her BSc degree in Physics Engineering at the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), where she carries out research on new photonics applications in medicine. Thanks to her interest in photonic sciences, she joins the UPC Master and is specialized in biophotonics and nanophotonics. In 2017 she joins UPC and starts her PhD. in Optical Engineering to investigate about the behaviour of the light polarization during its propagation through homogeneous media in order to develop a polarimetric camera.
