Customer satisfaction 2011 survey

CD6 gets continuously in touch with its customers to evaluate the quality of services provided by the center. In 2011 the CD6 has completed projects or services with 17 companies. These companies are asked to rate between 0 (very poor) to 5 (excellent) a series of questions. Here are the questions and the obtained results:

    1. Results achieved regarding the agreed specifications: 4.5
    2. Compliance with the agreed deadlines: 4.1
    3. Answers of the Center to the consultations carried out: 4.5
    4. Treatment received by staff of the Centre: 4.9
    5. Value for money: 3.6
    6. Overall quality of service: 4.2

Once again, the results are very satisfactory and the perception that customers have about CD6's work  is very positive.
